Travel insurance – Additional insurance
The travel insurance is designed for all clients travelling abroad and also within the Czech Republic. It suits all who want to spend their holiday or business trip without any worries.
If you arrange, together with the basic insurance, also the offered additional types of insurance, your travelling will become more comfortable and secure. All types of additional insurance may be arranged for trips within the Czech Republic (zone T-inland) as well.
Additional accident insurance
Should you suffer an injury during your stay abroad, the medical expenses insurance will cover the cost of its treatment. However, if you have arranged the additional accident insurance, you will also receive damages according to the gravity of your injury.

Additional damage liability insurance
The insurance will cover possible damage to property or health caused by the insured unintentionally to a third person abroad. Any damage to health is covered up to the limit of CZK 2,000,000, damage to a thing up to the limit of CZK 1,000,000 and financial damage up to the limit of CZK 500,000.
Additional luggage insurance
Komerční pojišťovna will indemnify the damage up to CZK 15,000 incurred due to a loss or theft of luggage (the insured participates by the amount of CZK 500, the maximum indemnity for one piece of luggage is CZK 10,000).
Additional tour cancellation insurance
If, due to serious reasons (e.g. own illness), the insured cannot take part in a purchased tour arranged with a travel agency, s/he will be reimbursed for 80% of the paid cancellation fees, however, up to the maximum limit of CZK 12,500 for one person for the zone E and CZK 25,000 for one person for the zone S.
