Payment protection insurance to business loans – Description
The payment protection insurance for your credit card will make you feel safe when paying with your credit card. You do not need to worry any more that you would not be able to repay your debt if any adverse events arise.
This insurance applies to Visa Electron and Blue credit cards issued by Komerční banka.
The insurance to credit cards is included in the price of the credit card for all clients aged up to 55. You do not pay any premiums in addition and still you are protected against many risks. You can use your loan without worrying about its repayment if anything happens to you.
- Insurance against death
Should an insured event occur, the insurance company will repay the debt on your credit card. - Insurance against total disability
Should the insured become totally disabled, s/he does not have to repay his/her loan on the credit card; the insurance company will repay the remaining part of the debt. - Insurance against working inability
Should the insured be on long term sick leave, the insurance company will pay the instalments of his/her loan on the credit card to the bank for the entire period of his/her illness. - Insurance against loss of job
Should the insured lose his/her job, e.g. due to organisational changes within the company, the insurance company will pay the instalments of his/her loan to the bank beginning from the third month of unemployment until the insured finds a new job (however, 4 month maximum).
