Profi Merlin – Description
Profi Merlin insurance is provided to holders of business payment cards (issued not only by Komerční banka). It covers both debit and credit cards issued to CZK or foreign currency accounts.
The insurance applies to all business payment cards issued in the name of the insured (i.e. issued by other banks based in the Czech Republic) provided that the account’s owner is a legal person.
Profi Merlin insurance protects you against the consequences of having your payment (debit or credit) cards abused if lost or stolen, the risk of an unauthorized withdrawal of cash, theft of your personal effects (payment card, mobile phone, glasses, mp3 player, notebook, wallet, cosmetics, etc.), including your identification documents and keys the loss of which together with the card is also insured. The abuse of mobile phones is also covered. In addition, this unique insurance coverage appertains to collected KB bank fees as well.
