Brouček – Investment
Brouček is unit-lined life insurance for children that will provide for your child when s/he attains his/her majority and starts independent life.
This insurance uniquely combines the possibility to achieve attractive appreciation of finances and, at the same time, guarantees financial security in adverse life situations affecting the insured child.
The paid premiums are invested into funds according to your wishes. You will choose the investment strategy yourself by selecting and combining the following funds:
Guaranteed Interest Fund – guaranteed appreciation without any risk. In addition, shares in profit, increasing the appreciation of deposited finances, are added to the declared guaranteed appreciation at the beginning of the following year.
The GUARANTEED APPRECIATION for the year 2012 is 2.2% p. a.Conservative Fund – secure investment with a low risk and therefore with a lower yield. Standard structure of the portfolio: money market funds 25–45%, bond funds 50–70%, stock funds 10% max.
Expected yield: 1–3% p. a. within the period of 2–5years.Balanced Fund – offers optimal combination of a medium investment risk with the capacity for higher appreciation.
Standard structure of the portfolio: money market funds 10–30%, bond funds 30–50%, stock funds 30–50%.
Expected yield: 2–6% p. a. within the period of 3–10 years.Dynamic Fund – suitable for clients willing and ready to accept fluctuation of the value of their investment which is the price for potentially high yield.
Standard structure of the portfolio: money market funds up to 10%, bond funds 20–40%, stock funds 60–80%.
Expected yield: 2–8% p. a. within the period of at least 5 years or more.Dynamic Fund PLUS – this fund focuses on world stock markets. It is designed for experienced investors who require high investment appreciation and are ready to take all the risks linked to investment activities on global stock markets.
Standard structure of the portfolio: stocks and stock funds 70%, bonds and bond funds 30%.
Expected yield: 2–8% p.a. within a long period of time.
Underlying assets of these funds are the mutual funds of Investiční kapitálová společnost KB – Fénix konzervativní, Fénix smíšený, Fénix dynamický a Fénix dynamický PLUS. Fénix konzervativní, Fénix smíšený, Fénix dynamický and Fénix dynamický PLUS. The Guaranteed Interest Fund is managed directly by Komerční pojišťovna and the structure of its financial placement complies with the Insurance Act.
The client may change the selected strategy any time within the insurance duration, or you can ask for reallocation of the invested premiums among individual funds based on the achieved and expected development.
