Patron – Description
Patron is an insurance product tied to your business current account opened with KB. In case of death due to an accident, Patron will provide your loved ones with your average annual income and thus help them maintain their standard of living.
Patron covers the risk of the insured´s death due to an accident and is designed for all owners of CZK accounts opened with KB or for the persons authorized to use such accounts. When arranging the insurance, the state of health of the insured is not examined.
How does Patron secure your loved ones?
- Single provision of the fast settlement in the amount of CZK 20,000 within 48 hours
- this fixed amount will help your loved ones overcome the period of possible acute financial problems and cover their unexpected expenses
- Main settlement – it will substitute for your regular income
(monthly salary) for the period of one year
- the monthly amount of CZK 20,000 will be provided for the period of 12 months (according to the chosen insurance option)
- This sum is calculated as an average amount of regular payments received on your
account during the last year. As regular payments are considered:
- remuneration (salary, wages from an employer)
- in case of a self-employed person - regular payments
- retirement or any other state pension paid out by a pension fund
- annuity paid out from a life insurance policy
- rents (e.g. from a lease of an apartment or any other real estate)
- state social benefits and allowances (e.g. family allowances, unemployment benefit, etc.)
- the insurance indemnity being paid out is not subject to income and inheritance taxes
